The most important information stands out from the rest of the page. The caption for the picture is on the bottom right which seems a bit weird but taking into consideration the rest of the design. I started out thinking this page wasn't very good but now that i look past the nature of it (I don't like Carroll Hospital Center) I can see that it's pretty good.
