This ad has some good graphical elements. The icons above the different services. I'm not a big fan of the "best four business," but that's because can't stand when people cannot differentiate between similar words. The hierarchy is okay the four points logo does'n stand out too bad but it's at the top. It would probably be better in either the top left or bottom right corners though.
